The Leaf Skincare Co. products are created with the oil pressed from hemp seeds, which is perfectly legal. There are many misconceptions about the Cannabis plant and many people aren’t aware of all the different extractions available from just the one plant. However, we do include CBD infused oil to these products - please check with your current government guidelines about importing these to your country. The terpenes, which gives all plants their signature odour, used in our products are extracted from a vast array of plants, fruits & herbs, yet they share the exact same terpenes as the Cannabis plant. This is why you can have the same notes in your Lemon Haze as you can in your lemonade!
We have partnered with local botanical extract companies in Australia who source as much as they can from local growers & farmers, along with trustworthy co-ops around the world who produce only the highest quality oils. Majority of our ingredients are able to be traced back to exactly where they have been grown. We put in the work so that you can have peace of mind knowing what you are putting onto your skin is of the highest quality and supporting local businesses across Australia.
Yes. Our products are totally safe! The fragrances in our products are derived from natural essential oils and extracts. All products meet the required 1% or less formulation of essential oils/extracts to ensure the least risk of any irritation to your skin.
Check in with us to see which of our products are Vegan, as we do include Beeswax in some of the formulations. The Leaf Skincare Co. strives to make products that are simple & and safe for everyone, even if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
